Role:
We are looking for an Executive business coach who is dedicated to continually improve the customer experience and lead our coaches. Our client success coaches work with our upper echelon clientele, helping them grow and scale their online coaching and consulting businesses. In this role you will be expected to strategize ways to increase client retention and customer lifetime value, work hand in hand with coaches and clients, and enable clients to upgrade into our backend services.
Responsibilities:
-Drive client upgrades
-Handle financial agreements and payments
-Provide support to coaches
-Run coaches meetings
-Track and provide metrics to leadership
-Client onboarding
-Create coaching schedules
-One-on-one coaching calls with clients
-Perform weekly client check-ins
-Provide insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
-Be active on platforms used to communicate with clients and coaches; give support promptly.
-Perform Upgrade Calls
-Provide relevant info and feedback to marketing team
Requirements:
-3+ years of leading a team or management of any kind
-The ability to think creatively & act proactively
-Must work and be readily available between 9 am and 5 pm EST (we prefer that you live in North America)
-Must be able to work 40+ hours a week. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
-Must have knowledge and experience with tech (ClickFunnels, GHL, Zapier, Facebook ads)
-Must have an understanding of general business
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement specific coaching methods
-Required to attend daily and weekly meetings
- Experience with online digital marketing.
- Sales experience
- Experience running your own online business is a major plus
Desirable:
-Experience as an online business owner or solopreneur
-Experience with online business coaching/consulting
-Experience in customer service is preferred
