About The Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Power Apps Developer to join us. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using Microsoft Power Apps, focusing on Canvas apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages, using SharePoint lists and libraries as data sources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop Canvas apps using Microsoft Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for various business processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dataverse for data storage, management, and integration with other applications.
  • Design and implement Power Pages for creating external-facing web applications that enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Document development processes, application functionalities, and user guides.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with minimum of 5 years experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps, particularly Canvas App PCFX code.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and its integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Power Pages for building responsive web applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI - M Query and Power Query) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data modeling, workflows, and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS for custom development within Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of REST API and Client APIs
  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200) is a plus.
