ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Content Creator is responsible for hands on development and design related to refreshing and creating new online training modules for the Global Digital Operations Training/Learning Management System program. We are looking for an experienced online content creator with excellent writing skills, technical skills with Google Slides, video editing, sound/voice over recording, AI voice generation and editing experience. The Content Creator will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of training modules for Digital Operations and act as a single point of contact assigned work.
The Content Creator will need to work with Global Operations Leaders and our Continuous Improvement Team to refine content, prioritize modules and provide demos to ensure key messaging is accurate. Exceptional business acumen and communication skills are required to ensure business outcomes are delivered according to expectations. We look to our Content Creator to be comfortable working independently but collaborating with other team-members on projects or skill-development opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Learning Module Creation: Review the business case, clarify goals and approach, scope, resources and budget requirements.
Support Continuous Improvement team with training modules to roll out process changes, new tools globally
Support HR/New Hires with creation and maintenance of onboarding training plan in LMS
Lead content development meetings, reviews and demos.
Turn concepts into training modules that can be loaded into our LMS including scripts, slides, graphics, voice overs, quizzes.
Create training module scripts from Standard Operating Procedure documents and review with Subject Matter Experts
Plans, manages, and monitors projects to revise or build new online training content from initiation through implementation, including scope, changes, risk and quality, and communication.
Update existing training to ensure it meets current standard operating procedures and references current tools
Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver the stated goals and objectives.
Manage project budget and timeline especially critical path activities.
Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope, working with Digital Operations Leadership
Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects.
Edit training modules - video and voice in multiple languages.
Load training into LMS
Maintain and Improve LMS design, users, learning paths, and other functionality
Proactively build and nurture stakeholder relationships keeping them informed and updated on project progress, actively calling out any risks to delivery.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of online content creation experience, learning module development a strong pus
2+ years of project management experience, preferably related to communications and training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to identify and tailor to a target audience.
Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model.
Experience leading content creation meetings and turning ideas into professional communications and training modules.
Analytical and problem solving abilities.
A high level of collaboration and negotiation skills.
Strong technical skills related to Google Slides, PowerPoint, graphics, voice and video recording and editing required, preferably with the Adobe Suite of tools.
Knowledge of Moodle or similar Learning Management System, a plus
