ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are seeking an outstanding, talented individual who aspires to apply their leadership, intellect, talent, drive, creativity, and strong Google Sheets/Excel technical skills to a Supervisory role in our Billing Team.

Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Billing team including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, development conversations, and productivity management
- Oversee the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of billing including priority setting, month end close and reporting
- Completion of SOX controls; departmental audit requests and walkthroughs for internal & external auditors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and Sarbanes Oxley
- Preparation and analysis of revenue related reconciliations for leadership
- Provide guidance and support to Billing team for complex issues and procedural changes
- Proactively communicate to leadership billing activities, issues and opportunities for enhancements to reduce inefficiencies and optimize performance. Recommend an action plan and lead initiatives to implement improvements
- Analyze and resolve escalated billing issues through research and collaboration, working cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Ability to work extra hours, specifically during the billing close cycle and for any ad hoc projects. Flexibility in working hours is a must.

ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years supervisory experience within Finance, Billing or Accounting including SOX Compliance
- Advanced technical skills in Google Sheets or Excel (we are a GSuite environment);
- SUMIF, SUMIFS, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Arrays, etc.
- Data consolidation, conditional formatting, data validation
- Logical and nested functions (IF, AND, OR, functions in formulas)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical skills - ability to effectively research, compile, and analyze data from financial reporting systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other data sources
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and implement on a large scale
- Excellent critical thinking skills - ability to see trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities and urgent requests effectively, with the ability to quickly adapt for changing business needs
- Self-motivated, accountable, taking ownership of business requirements

Salary Range
$70,900.00-86,850.00
