The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Quality Auditor to help us uphold the highest standards in healthcare services that we provide to our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities are:
  • Conduct regular audits of the EMR to ensure that all patient records are complete, accurate, and signed by doctors where necessary, maintaining compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Compare NetHealth documents against PCC system orders to verify that all information is consistent and accurate.
  • Verify client minute targets to ensure they are met. Notify relevant parties via email if targets are not achieved and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Run various weekly reports to ensure accurate data and timely distribution to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Review reports for completeness and accuracy, ensuring no missing key information. Ensure reports are timely and follow up on missed or delayed submissions.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Clear written communication for audit findings, reports, and notifications.
  • Ability to thoroughly review records and identify discrepancies.
  • Efficiently manage audits, reports, and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of healthcare record-keeping standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Experience with NetHealth, PCC, and other reporting tools.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports and follow up on issues.
Service Fee:

    Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

    Hours:

    US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
