Job Description

As the Sr. Competitive Intelligence and Enablement Manager, your mission is to act as the go-to expert on competitive offerings, enabling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to win more deals and retain customers. This role balances competitive intelligence, integration management, and product enablement, ensuring GTM teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

You will also manage the inbound integration request process, ensuring that integration opportunities are prioritized and executed efficiently in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product teams. Additionally, you'll deliver training on competitive strategies and integrations to keep GTM teams sharp and aligned.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and execution, with a passion for staying ahead of the competition and empowering teams to succeed.

This role is fully remote in North America.

Primary duties
  • Act as the internal expert on competitor offerings, equipping GTM teams to position and differentiate our solutions effectively.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to design and execute revenue-generating competitive plays, focusing on increasing win rates and reducing churn.
  • Manage the inbound integrations request process, evaluating and prioritizing requests based on strategic impact and business value.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to assess, execute, and track progress on integration opportunities.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to GTM teams, covering competitive strategies, integrations, and advanced product use cases.
  • Maintain and update competitive resources, including internal battlecards, feature comparison charts, and competitor analysis decks.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and maintain competitive reporting, using insights to inform strategy and enhance GTM effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for deeper product enablement and develop resources or programs to help GTM teams maximize the value of Postscript’s capabilities.
  • Stay up to date on key events, regulations, and industry happenings in eCommerce and SMS & email marketing that affect our customer base 
What We’ll Love About You

  • 2-3 years of experience managing competitive intelligence, product enablement, or integration processes.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs for GTM teams.
  • Strong communication skills with experience writing talk tracks, GTM documentation, or customer-facing materials.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across GTM and Product teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Nice to have: eCommerce or SaaS experience, particularly in SMS and email marketing.
