About Us:

At We Are Working, Inc, we assist injured individuals (or families of the deceased) in obtaining compensation for their losses relating to any civilian working for a U.S. military related contractor in Ukraine. Typical claims have values of $10,000 to $100,000 USD. Our services are entirely free for the injured party, and we extend our support to individuals in Ukraine and also worldwide. We have a high success rate in securing benefits for our clients, regardless of when the injury occurred. Both physical and mental injuries are eligible for our assistance.


About the role:

This is a remote, full time or part time, work-from-home position, with flexible hours, working for We Are Working, Inc, a U.S. based, global company (an ‘Achieve-It’ affiliated company). Compensation is up to $25/hr (base + incentives). 


We are looking for customer service representatives, and lead facilitators that will mainly focus on helping us locate, support, and process our clients which are civilians that have been injured, or the families of individuals killed, while working for U.S. companies operating to support U.S. military related actions abroad (i.e. Ukraine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Philippines, or any country where there is U.S. military related activity)



Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping educate and engage with and our clients affected by injuries or loss.

  • Guide our clients through the claims process.

  • Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.

  • Support the company through various project management and project support duties
