Job description

JOB SUMMARY: To facilitate achievement of optimum business results and to deliver distinctive culture based on values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing tasks related to immigration for the clients.
  • Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes.
  • Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation.
  • Fluid execution of operational tasks by the CRM team members.
  • Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
  • Full knowledge of all procedures and requirements related to government portals.
  • Manage and protect sensitive data with the highest level of Confidentiality.
  • Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager (GRM).

Requirements

Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong team spirit.
  • A quick learner, who finds opportunities to gain and share knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Customer services oriented.
  • High recommended English level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience in Government relations, Strong understanding of Saudi MHSRD practices. Strong experience in Muqeem portal, Qiwa portal and Ajeer portals.
  • Strong network of contacts within government agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of government processes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills / Strong interpersonal skills (Fluent in English).
