1 Website Design & Development:
1.1 Design and build a responsive, visually appealing, and functional website that aligns with the company’s branding and goals.
1.2 Develop user-friendly interfaces and navigation for seamless visitor experiences.
1.3 Integrate interactive elements and multimedia to enhance website engagement.
2 Website Management:
2.1 Maintain and update the website regularly, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and fully operational.
2.2 Monitor website performance, including uptime, speed, and responsiveness.
2.3 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
3 Collaboration with Communication Team:
3.1 Work closely with the communication team to align website content with campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
3.2 Implement content updates, including blog posts, articles, event details, and multimedia materials.
3.3 Provide technical expertise and suggestions to enhance the team’s digital strategies.
4 SEO & Analytics:
4.1 Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and traffic.
4.2 Track and analyze website metrics, providing regular reports on performance and user behavior.
4.3 Implement strategies to improve website traffic and engagement.
5 Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
5.1 Stay up-to-date with web design trends, tools, and technologies.
5.2 Recommend and implement enhancements to improve website functionality and user experience.
5.3 Ensure the website is secure and complies with data protection regulations
Requirements
3-5 Years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or a related field.
Preferred industry Innovation and Technology Management, Consultancy, Investment Management
3+ years of experience in web design and management.
Proficiency in web development tools and languages, Experience with website performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
Preferred:
Experience in designing websites for startups, innovation hubs, or tech ecosystems.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and integration with social media platforms.
Familiarity with hosting services, domain management, and security protocols.
