YOUR MISSION

To become the CEO’s operational, strategic, and personal support, maximizing their time and energy by managing day-to-day priorities, maintaining seamless communication, and solving challenges proactively. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop the skills and experience needed to prepare yourself for a future C-suite position.

This is a full-time contractor role.

What You’re Getting Into

  • Oversee the CEO’s calendar, emails, and task prioritization, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely follow-ups.
  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring precise and smooth transitions.
  • Handle special projects, track deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
  • As the CEO’s representative in written and verbal communication, drafting emails, memos, and presentations.
  • Tackle last-minute changes in plans efficiently and resolve issues promptly.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal and external business partners, so that no details are missed.
  • Support the CEO’s personal and professional commitments, creating a balanced and sustainable workflow.
  • Maintaining detailed records, organizing files, and overseeing expense reporting with precision.
  • Anticipate challenges, implement solutions, and keep the CEO focused on strategic priorities.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 3+ years supporting C-suite executives or entrepreneurs in high-pressure environments.
  • Availability and agility to adapt to the CEO's organized and dynamic schedule
  • Understanding the nature of supporting a CEO, with the ability to manage time effectively for long-term balance.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Superhuman, Microsoft Office, and travel booking platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills (French is a bonus).
  • Thriving in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities, and autonomy and takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • Discretion and trust in handling sensitive information is non-negotiable.

What Success Looks Like

  • In your first 30 days, you’ll have mastered the CEO’s schedule and communication style.
  • By 60 days, you’ll manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and travel independently.
  • At 90 days, you’ll operate as a strategic partner, proactively solving challenges and optimizing workflows.
