As we strengthen our presence in the DACH market, we are looking for a new, experienced Partner Sales Manager. In this role, your primary responsibility is to create new partners and customers for our integration platform, Frends eiPaaS, in the region.
Frends iPaaS is our own modern, low-code integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customers and in both private and public sectors in various industries. Frends is recognized in the GartnerŽ Magic Quadrant⢠for Integration Platform as a Service, Worldwide. đĄ Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a person who has experience in channel sales with direct sales understanding or a direct sales professional with knowledge of channel sales. With us, you get the opportunity to work with both. You should be a collaborative professional who understands the importance of teamwork and is eager to contribute effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region to acquire new partners and customers and build strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales architects and other Frends experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
- Act as a Hybrid Sales person (Channel and Direct touch) based on ICP
- Drive consistent growth and represent Frends at industry events.

- understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions
- +5 years of proven track record of proactive solution selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to new partners/customers
- strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking
- market knowledge from the DACH region
- adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
- superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects' pain points with a solution and value-based mindset
- as a person: proactive, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed, flexible, and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude
The role requires fluent/native German and professional English (both verbally and in writing) and living in Germany with a work permit.

Additional Information
- The application period is until 19.1.2025, but please note that we will start reviewing the applications already in the application period. The role will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
- The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
- Remote role: Frends doesn´t have an office in Germany, so the work will be done remotely. The team also occasionally comes together in Germany and Finland.
- The culture and our values are key for you to understand who you are joining.
- Occasionally, traveling is required to meet customers and teams and attend events.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, supervisor, team member, and CRO. Reference checks are also included in our process.
