Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a middle Graphic/Motion Designer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values to join our creative team within the marketing department.

Key responsibilities:

Development of logos, identity, brand guidebook
Development and adaptation of the key visuals according to the terms of reference, and creative concepts
Creation and adaptation of design layouts, advertising creatives of any complexity for external and internal channels (ATL, BTL, digital, etc.)
Creation and adaptation of design layouts & banners for brand websites and media (banners, illustrations, infographics, posters for social media, articles, press releases, etc.)
Development of design of presentations, commercial offers, e-mail mailings
Designing print products and preparing print layouts (posters, programs, badges, press balls, corporate merchandise, souvenirs, etc.)

Requirements:

3+ years in a similar position, preferably within a marketing environment
Knowledge of English at least B1
Knowledge of Russian at least B2
Excellence knowledge of design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, CorelDraw (for printing)
Understanding of marketing strategy, brand goals and values to implement them through vibrant visuals in design layouts
Proven experience in working with print materials
Tracking of modern design trends, and their implementation in created design layouts
Experience in working with the management system Jira, including accurate time tracking
Experience in using AI for design
Junior experience in motion design
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
