Sales Leader Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) CEE Zone

Job Description

As a Sales Leader Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) CEE Zone, you will have the opportunity to lead sales performance and sales growth over multiple territories, within a sales division, in support of overall company objectives. This includes the setting of success criteria, providing leadership for achievement of goals, forecasting, analyzing and reporting on sales, implementing policies, and maintaining budget
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Commercial leadership of Image Guided Therapy Devices Business in CEE Zone responsible for driving sales growth and business development of the modality, managing an experienced, established team and ensuring collaboration with relevant stakeholders in a matrix organization reporting to the Zone Business Leader IGT CEE

  • Leading a Team of Sales Managers and Clinical Application Specialist for the Modality

  • Directing team to support the broader Sales team with insights & knowledge specific to the Modality, to be part of the Launch team when relevant, and to ensure the localization of Marketing Assets in collaboration with the Europe Region Business Marketing Manager and the Europe Region/ CEE Zone Marketing Operation Colleagues

  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical plans, by identifying new business opportunities and capturing, assessing, and acting on win/loss analysis. Participate in the Monthly S&OP forecasting process as owner of the Modality input, approve local pricing and support Commercial Policy escalations

  • Supporting large/strategic deals in the Zone (strategic accounts, LSP opportunities), working with Districts teams

  • Lead strategic activities with Framework contacts

 

You’re the right fit if:

  • University degree followed by 10+ working years in Polish Health industry including +5 years of people leader experience

  • Able to analyze and develop insights of market trends and application to commercial strategy

  • Has knowledge of the relevant marketing and sales techniques.

  • Has to give presentations on local management level, including presentations of technical information.

  • Fluency in English is a must
