    Job Description

    We're hiring a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to spearhead the growth and activation of our lubricants brands, Wolf and Champion, in Poland.

    This role requires to be deeply engaged with the market, capable of building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, garages, workshops, and other stakeholders.

    You will focus on managing distributor relationships, co-developing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness, and actively prospecting for new business opportunities.

    You will also represent the company at market fairs and exhibitions to enhance visibility and expand networks.

    This role offers opportunities for growth, with potential to expand responsibilities and contribute to larger initiatives as you demonstrate success and drive impact.

     

    Your key responsibilities - not limitative:

    - Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, brand awareness, and market share growth.

    - Actively engage with garages, workshops, and distributor branches to promote product sell-out, provide technical training, and address customer needs.

    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base in the garage and workshop segments.

    - Partner with the marketing team and distributors to execute localized campaigns, support new product launches, and represent the company at fairs and exhibitions.

    - Foster alignment between distributors, garages, and internal teams to achieve business goals, monitor market trends, and share actionable insights to refine strategies.

    Qualifications

     

    The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics. 

    Your key competencies:

    • You demonstrate a strong drive to achieve objectives and deliver measurable results, taking initiative to address challenges and seize opportunities.
    • You're skilled at developing and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, including garages, workshops, and distributors.
    • You have a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket or lubricants industry, in Poland, with a focus on distributor networks, garages, and workshops.
    • You're experienced in setting and achieving sales targets, negotiating agreements, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
    • You excel in working across teams, fostering alignment, and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.Ability to deliver technical training and guidance to distributors and customers.
    • You demonstrate potential and ambition to take on greater responsibilities, contributing to the company’s long-term success.
