We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to oversee enterprise territories, with a primary focus on Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and automating personalized outbound sales processes tailored to the enterprise sector.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a vital role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be a catalyst harmonising marketing, sales development and presales.

Daily activities:

  • Running the entire outbound sales strategy from data collection, data enrichment to lead generation in direct cooperation with our CCO and sales team.
  • Working with the team to execute enterprise-level campaigns with precision.
  • Conducting Data Enrichment: Proactively enrich contact data using market intelligence tools and other technology platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness of information for targeted outreach. This includes validating contact details, identifying key decision-makers, and updating records to enhance the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
  • Leveraging data to run A/B testing for campaigns.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all outbound campaigns, and assessing against goals.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding KPIs in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools and technologies such as Lusha, Clay, ContactOut, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks outside the box.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.

Nice to have:

  • Hospitality industry knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of Thai or any other Asian language.
