Role Details 

Type of Support: Email - the TL will be expected to do a 25% production
Contract Type: Temporary (4 months) 
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am  - 7:00pm | Weekends off RO Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Weekends off RO Time

The Role

PartnerHero is looking for talented folks to join our Porting Support Teams.  We look for candidates who care about the details and always want to learn something new. You will be responsible for the overall service delivery around a number of operations. This includes number porting to customers (new and existing), number purchasing requests, and number compliance requests, from when the request is received to completion. What You’ll Do:

  • Process all new Porting requests for new or existing customers accurately and timely
  • Verify all documentation needed from start to finish of the porting process
  • Manage day to day order process to ensure completion within established intervals
  • Responsible for handling local number porting escalations by facilitating close and frequent customer communication and escalating with underlying carriers
  • Responsible for coordinating/ communicating with all stockholders to review and verify order, and review required information to schedule/coordinate and communicate milestone dates.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects and cases.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform data validation and entry as required
     

What We Expect From You:

  • Excellent English skills - spoken and written (EFSET results from C1 or C2 level)
  • Previous experience in a client-facing technical role for a product business
  • Ability to use personal computer and basic software applications; for example: Google Sheet, Google doc
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to make sense of something complex and explain it in plain English
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Open-minded, positive and keen to learn
  • Great attitude, team player
