Digital Learning Administrator

About the Role

Working as part of the Product team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online

course administration. A key responsibility will be managing our learning management system

LMS, including uploading and maintaining content, conducting quality checks and resolving any

issues that arise.

In addition to your LMS-related responsibilities, youll support the Product team with various

administrative tasks such as preparing documents for course credit-rating events and preparing

research-related documents.

Responsibilities:

LMS management

Upload and maintain digital learning content, such as videos, written articles,

quizzes and additional resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to

learners.

Conduct quality checks to ensure courses within the LMS function properly and

meet the required standards.

Resolve any LMS-related queries for learners and our Student Success team,

collaborating with IT or external vendors as needed.

Create written lessons and practice quizzes in our elearning platforms and embed

these into our LMS

Other responsibilities

Support in the preparation of documentation for credit-rating applications and

programme audits with our university partner

Create and maintain an organised and easily accessible digital filing system for all

course resources.

Support the Head of Product with research-related administrative tasks

Perform any additional administrative tasks as required by the Product team.

About You

At least 2 years of experience working as a digital learning administrator or a similar role

where you demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new

digital tools

Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail

Confident in handling large volumes of files and content

An ability to problem solve by implementing effective solutions efficiently and

independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information

clearly

High level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage changing priorities and

thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with learning management systems and e-learning platforms

A UX qualification or experience working in the UX industry is not required, but is a plus!
