Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field. If possible, prior experience working with clothing or luxury branding. 
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in project management and organization. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with basic analytics tools and reporting methods.

Core responsibilities:

  • Implement social media content plans aligned with marketing objectives. 
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). 
  • Monitor social media channels for audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the team, identifying trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to social media and scheduling.
