Job description

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and coach members of the HR team.
- Partner and coach Managers and Team Leads from assigned Business Units.
- Execute best practices and processes to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide consulting on complex issues and seek solutions.
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex cases and projects.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
