Medical Intake Specialist at StaffRight

Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 (Depending on your experience)
Holidays and PTO Leaves

Opening Shift:
Hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Days Off: Wednesday and Thursday

Closing Shift:
Hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Days Off: Thursday and Friday

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Intake Specialist to handle high-value client calls and emails, manage intake processes, and ensure smooth client experiences. Proficiency in Google Sheets is required, and familiarity with Stripe is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries via calls and emails with professionalism
- Facilitate the intake process and maintain accurate records
- Process payments using Stripe or similar tools
- Support scheduling and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service; sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; Stripe familiarity preferred

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
