Responsibilities 

• Assist in conducting localized market research for the Korean region, including analyzing user behavior, monitoring agent trends, and collecting industry insights. Regularly compile research reports.
• Regularly monitor major competitors in the Korean market, analyze their campaign strategies, user growth methods, and marketing approaches. Propose targeted optimization suggestions on a weekly basis.
• Assist the team with Korean-related support tasks, such as logistics, translation, data organization, and policy updates.
• Participate in the planning and execution of localized marketing campaigns, writing Korean promotional content, activity plans, and promotional copy.

Requirements 

• Fluent in Korean, TOPIK level 5 or above. Strong Korean-Chinese or Korean-English translation skills.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in marketing, international trade, economics, or linguistics.
• Basic data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and other office software. Proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.
• A good understanding of Korean local culture, market environment, and industry trends. Experience in market research or marketing is a plus.
