This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Sales Executive to join our awesome teams! In this role you will generate sales pipeline for the team, manage mid-sized deals and drive software sales pipeline with the support of the Head of Sales. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against ARR (revenue) metrics with a strong focus on new business sales.
Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Immediately follow up on raw information but also generate meetings from your own activities (e.g LinkedIn etc.)
- Engage with prospects to qualify meetings. That is, only booking good quality meetings for the team. Assigning qualified meetings to Sales team members, based on defined parameters.
- Create and secure new business clients, engaging C-level and VP Marketing executives.
- Create and manage sales pipeline and report on progress.
- Secure clients through Pilot phases into ARR contracts, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure on suitable deals with the support of the Head of Sales.
- Hit and exceed all revenue and SQL generation targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve personal and company objectives, working closely with customer success, marketing and product on client requirements.
- Be fully accountable for your revenue pipeline and ROI.
- Work with colleagues in Marketing to ensure sufficient campaigns are executed to provide sufficient information for you to work on to book meetings.
- Meet and exceed KPIs: quarterly SQL and own New Business target set by Head of Sales.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Proven SaaS sales experience, having successfully sold to brands directly.
• Experience in an SDR/ appointment setting/ BDM generating role for a SaaS/cloud-based software vendor, ideally to Digital Marketing/Ecommerce contacts.
• Experience being an individual revenue contributor.
• Knowledge of and interest in Adtech, MarTech or Analytics SaaS experience.
• This role requires someone who can work at pace; ideally you have worked for a tech start-up previously, or you naturally demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding SQL targets in an SDR role, with a desire to succeed.
• 'Can-do' attitude and a solid contributor to team OKRs.
• Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong relationship building skills with external stakeholders and internal team. Experience engaging with C-level executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location
UK Remote, please note there will be client visits and events throughout the UK and also monthly & quarterly team meets and travel to our Edinburgh office, therefore this will be easier being UK based.
