Job description

You will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and reputation of ESC through effective media engagement, and serve as the primary point of contact for all media enquiries and work to promote our cause.

What difference will you make?

By promoting ESC’s work and initiatives, the PR Manager will drive more people to engage with the charity—whether through attending events, accessing resources, or volunteering. This will expand ESC’s reach and community support. As the point of contact for media enquiries and spokesperson for the organisation, the PR Manager will help build and maintain a positive public image for ESC. Their work will ensure the organisation is seen as a credible, trusted source of information and support for individuals affected by endometriosis. With greater visibility, ESC is more likely to attract potential partners, sponsors, and funders who are interested in supporting their cause. The PR Manager’s ability to showcase the charity’s impact through media will enhance opportunities for financial and collaborative support. By generating media coverage and engaging in public conversations, the PR Manager will contribute to the broader goal of making endometriosis a recognised issue in society. Their work will encourage open discussions about menstrual health, advocate for better support in workplaces, and push for improved healthcare provisions for those affected by the condition. The stories and messages shared through the media will validate and empower those living with endometriosis, helping them feel seen and heard. The PR Manager will be instrumental in amplifying these voices and fostering a sense of community and solidarity.
