Overview

We are seeking an experienced and process-driven Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) professional to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the development and optimization of recruitment processes for external clients and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPO, a track record of successfully managing RPO engagements, and the ambition to grow into a leadership role such as Head of Operations or even CEO.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • RPO Leadership:
    • Lead and manage RPO engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the RPO lifecycle.
  • Process Development:
    • Design, implement, and refine scalable recruitment processes for both external clients and internal teams.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment workflows.
  • Strategic Contribution:
    • Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s operational strategy, focusing on delivering excellence in RPO.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the recruitment process.
  • Management:
    • Oversee teams and resources involved in RPO delivery, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
    • Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential:
    • Proven experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), with hands-on leadership of RPO engagements.
    • Strong process-driven mindset with a focus on detail and operational efficiency.
    • Management experience, with the ability to lead teams and oversee complex projects.
    • Background in technology recruitment, ideally within the healthcare tech sector.
  • Desirable:
    • Strategic vision and ambition to grow into a senior leadership role, such as Head of Operations or CEO.
    • Expertise in designing recruitment workflows and scalable processes.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
