Managing Director – FE.Org - Foundever Foundation 

Location: Flexible in EMEA

Foundever Foundation is our next chapter in empowering communities to build strength and resilience whilst increasing our social impact in the communities in which we are established, with a focus on education and developing language skills (beginning with English) through Customer Experience relationship management. We see our Foundation as operating through our global teams and systems as well as through funding partnerships. Its organization will be adapted to the local characteristics of the market, the legislation, and the fiscal regime. 

About the Role 

 

You will lead a mission-driven organization whilst being able to access Leadership teams and Foundever resources to help achieve your goals.  

 

In collaboration with our Global COO & Co-founder, you will continue to refine and expand the reach of the Foundation as well as oversee social initiatives of Foundever wider company initiatives. 

 

You will incubate the project leveraging our company’s ecosystem and assets: our workforce and the communities in which we operate, the brands we support, our network of suppliers.  

You will also be able to leverage existing Foundever implementations in 45+ countries via their knowledge, network and infrastructures including HR, Legal, Finance, IT etc.  This also extends to opportunities among our 600 and growing clients who have interests in supporting the development of local talent pools as well as over 20,000 suppliers who can support our efforts through their own initiatives.

Key Deliverables 

 

  • Continue to define and expand the Foundation mission and key programs by contributing to strategy, policy as a member of the Foundever leadership team 

  • Define the business plan and own its delivery whilst promoting a culture of innovation, inclusion and continuous development within the organisation 

  • Build strategic partnerships by pursuing and developing integrated and dynamic partnerships with new institutions advancing the brand mission of the Foundation 

  • Raise funds to build on our solid foundation by being innovative.  Produce overarching fundraising strategies and to ensure their effective implementation 

  

Who You Are 

 

  • Someone who is deeply passionate about education and social innovations 

  • Has an international profile with global connections within the non-profit and social innovation network 

  • An entrepreneur at heart with a business focussed mind who can operate with agility both operationally and strategically. 

  • Well versed in Corporate Philanthropy, knowledge of CSR, legal and fiscal regime in different markets, International Education organizations and policies 

  • Able to work transversally and engage stakeholders from various functions, at the Corporate, regional, and local levels 

  • You will have excellent personal presence and impact 

  • Have proven experience of fundraising and income generation activity and have knowledge of how strategic management impacts and influences operational management
