Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an ITSM Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales efforts and shape the future of our ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT Service Management, extensive ServiceNow experience, and a strong ability to bridge customer needs with tailored solutions. While primarily focused on pre-sales, the role includes occasional delivery oversight to ensure client satisfaction and successful transitions.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify customer needs and conduct pre-demo analysis.
  • Understand customer business challenges, strategic objectives, and technical requirements to craft tailored solutions.

Solution Design and Strategy:

  • Assess and uncover business requirements to develop proposals with appropriate service components, pricing, and assumptions.
  • Demonstrate ServiceNow’s IT Workflow capabilities, processes, and best practices to align with customer goals.

Market and Competitive Awareness:

  • Stay current on competitive analysis and industry trends to highlight differentiators between BilgeAdam and competitors.
  • Leverage knowledge of complementary technologies and vendors to enhance solution offerings.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work effectively with virtual teams to design and deliver the right customer solutions.
  • Interface with implementation teams to articulate customer requirements and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.

Client Engagement and Presentation:

  • Deliver compelling ServiceNow demonstrations to varied audiences, showcasing the value and business benefits.
  • Produce persuasive commercial and technical documentation to outline cost savings and strategic benefits.

Delivery Oversight and Excellence:

  • Provide strategic guidance during the delivery phase of critical ServiceNow projects to ensure alignment with proposed solutions, adherence to timelines, and fulfillment of client expectations.
  • Support the development and implementation of delivery methodologies, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement in ServiceNow project outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain a high degree of technical expertise in ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, and IRM.
  • Provide guidance on evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven pre-sales experience, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and IT Workflow.
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to diagnose project challenges, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with complementary technologies and experience delivering integrated solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Established network in local or multiple European markets and willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications).
  • ITIL certifications (Foundation, Intermediate, or Expert).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Workflows, Employee Workflows, and Managed Service Provider environments.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles applied in pre-sales environments.
  • Experience with other ITSM toolsets and complementary technologies.
