Job Summary:

The Global Marketing and Sales Enablement Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing campaigns and sales enablement strategies. This role requires a balance of strategic acumen and pragmatic action focus with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in campaign management, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration within a consulting business. Critical for this candidate to have experience in one or more of our core capabilities and offerings in operational risk, safety, sustainability, learning and development. You will also work collaboratively with teams across diverse industries, including Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining, Industrials & Manufacturing, Ag, Food & Consumer Products and Private Equity & Principal Investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering Positioning and Content

  • Collaborative working with practice and industry to align offering positioning with market needs and brand strategy

  • Plan, manage and execute global content and thought leadership – guiding industries and practice and owning core anchor assets such as global survey

  • Collaborate with leadership on new and innovative solutions including in learning and development, digital and integrating offerings associated with new acquisitions

  • Go to Market Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop, guide and implement global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and localization leveraging marketing automation tools, CRM and analytics dashboards

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

  • Sales Enablement:

  • Design and deliver go to market and sales enablement programs that equip the teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively engage prospects and close deals

  • Create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, and case studies

  • Build capability to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills

  • Proactive development of sales and go to market tools including CRM and other digital platforms, including for analysis and ROI measurement

  • Market Research and Analysis:

  • Overseeing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

  • Overseeing customer insights analysis to inform campaign and sales enablement strategies

  • Provide regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.

  • Collaboration and Influence:

  • Work closely with industry, practice and market leadership, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and sales efforts.

  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives.

  • Manage small global marketing and sales enablement team
