Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Loyalty Partnerships and Interoperability Manager to join our team at Holafly. This role is critical to enhancing our loyalty program by forging valuable partnerships, ensuring seamless system integrations, and managing the financial aspects of our loyalty initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships that complement and enhance our loyalty program.
  • Interoperability Strategy: Develop and implement plans for integrating the loyalty program with external platforms, payment systems, and other services to create a seamless user experience.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget, forecast expenses, and track the financial performance of loyalty initiatives to ensure ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Program Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to continuously improve program features based on customer feedback and data insights.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all partnerships and operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements while preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
