Compensation:

USD 10 - 25/hour.

Location:

Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México, Uruguay, and Venezuela residents).

You are expert in HR Service Delivery and ServiceNow.
You are proficient in workflow management.
Spanish - Native or fully fluent.

Scope:

Seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (BPC) with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in workflow mapping, detailed story writing, and collaborating effectively across teams.

Skills Required:

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
Expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Resposabilities:

Gather and analyze requirements for HR Service Delivery solutions.
Design and document workflows for modules such as Case Management and Employee Center.
Configure solutions to meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements.
Conduct functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
Provide documentation, training, and support for end-users and administrators.
