Compensation:
USD 10 - 25/hour.

Location:
Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México, Uruguay, and Venezuela residents).

Responsibilities and more:

Scope:
We are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (BPC) with expertise in IT Business Management (ITBM). The consultant will:
  • Prepare and lead remote workshops for PPM, Idea Management, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
  • Document comprehensive user stories.
  • Provide part-time support during the Execute and Deliver phases.

Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.

Responsabilities:
  • Lead workshops to define requirements for Idea Management, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
  • Map, analyze, and optimize ITBM-related workflows and processes.
  • Configure ITBM modules to align with organizational objectives.
  • Support project execution and delivery phases, addressing challenges as needed.
  • Deliver training sessions and create detailed documentation for users and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance to maximize the effectiveness of ITBM functionalities.
