With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play!

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at GoodRec. In this role, you will lead the marketing team and execute digital marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will focus on Meta ads, SEO and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scrappy startup environment and is eager to both lead a team and build from scratch. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth across various marketing channels.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Drive Growth through Digital Ads: Manage digital ad placements, particularly on Google Ads and Meta. Execute and optimize install campaigns autonomously with strategic support from the company.

  • Email Marketing: Build campaigns and optimise with A/B testing. 

  • SEO and Keyword Research: Support keyword research initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and inform ad targeting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Passionate about sports is a plus!
