RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed volume, revenue and margin targets for the territory. Meet Overdues metric of <5% of revenue.

  • Build strong customer relationships, gain trust, respond to customer needs in a timely fashion, meet F2F metric of calls per month, as defined in yearly targets.

  • Defend, grow existing business and identify new opportunities in the territory. Maintain contact reports and an active opportunity pipeline (Pipeline Value and Closed-Won metrics) in Dynamics 365, as defined in yearly targets.

  • Manage customer pricing with marketing, utilizing CUPSET+.

  • Provide forecasts to supply chain and marketing using the IBP-DP forecast process, as per Business Rules.

  • Develop and implement account plans for select accounts.

  • Negotiate and execute multi-year supply agreements that meet our commercial requirements while also offering competitive advantages to our customers.

  • Work with marketing, technology and commercial support functions to execute growth plans and meet business objectives.

  • Communicate market intelligence and account updates for customers and markets through timely submission of call reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related areas; MBA is a plus.

  • 3 years minimum experience in marketing, sales, technical service, business.

  • Preferred experience in Refinery/Petrochem field

  • Proven commercial (sales and marketing) record of accomplishment. · Must have ability to travel 50%+ of the time or as needed.

  • Strong communication (written, verbal, listening) skills.

  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary team. · Good affinity and command of contemporary IT-tools (E.g Office package, MS Dynamics, MS Teams…)
