Position Summary

As a Home Solutions Specialist at Frontline Insurance, you’ll be the voice of our Home Solutions program, guiding customers through the repair process with care and expertise. You’ll reach out to new and existing customers, explain the benefits of our services, and help them coordinate appointments with trusted vendors. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our policyholders receive the best possible service, from initial contact to the final repair.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to new and existing customers, introducing them to our Home Solutions services.
  • Sales: Deliver prepared scripts to persuade customers to complete home repairs and clearly explain program benefits.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, guiding policyholders through the repair process.
  • Follow-Up: Secure repair photos and invoices from customers and vendors, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded.
  • Documentation: Properly document all customer interactions in our data management system, maintaining detailed and organized records.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Licensing: Possession of a 4-40 Resident Customer Representative or 2-20 Resident General Lines license preferred. Must be willing to obtain the 4-40 insurance license in a timely manner if not already licensed.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems, strong typing skills, and knowledge of sales principles and methods.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and overcome customer objections, applying common sense to resolve issues effectively.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Physical Demands: Primarily a sedentary role, requiring manual dexterity and clear vision. Occasional standing and walking may be required.
