Lead Graphic Designer

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Lead Designer to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be located in EST)! This long-term temporary position offers $35-$45/Hour! The Lead Designer will play a key role in crafting compelling and strategically aligned visual designs across a range of platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This role focuses on developing distinctive and cohesive brand identities that elevate awareness, strengthen brand equity, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute design solutions that maintain consistency and cohesion across all brand systems.
• Manage multiple brand identities simultaneously, ensuring top-tier execution for each.
• Translate brand strategies into impactful creative actions, aligning design decisions with broader business objectives.
• Solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions that uphold brand standards.
• Design media-agnostic concepts tailored to various business needs, while ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.
• Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all digital customer touchpoints.
• Push creative boundaries to achieve excellence, driving forward new ideas and approaches.
• Stay informed about industry best practices to enhance design effectiveness and campaign performance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and deadlines, maintaining reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 8-10 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in the mortgage or financial industry and/or B2B branding.
• Previous agency experience (in-house or traditional) is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for design, including composition, grid systems, and typographic hierarchy.
• Proven ability to balance increasing responsibilities while maintaining focus and quality.
• Collaborative team player with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
• Extensive experience in brand identity design, with a solid understanding of digital design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with motion design is a plus.
