Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented sales professional to join our team as a Federal Government Technology Staffing Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technology staffing for the federal government and will be responsible for bringing in new business based on prior relationships and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target federal government agencies nationwide.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies.
Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions to meet the specific needs of government clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven success in technology staffing sales (winning awards) for the federal government.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
