Job description

Position: ServiceNow HAM Pro (Sr. Business Process Consultant)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Must Have:
- All typical responsibilities of a senior business process consultant
- Seasoned IT professional with background in End User Computing asset mgmt.
- Global project implementation experience
- Flexera - experience with Flexera
- Remedy - experience with Remedy ITSM
- ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation (3+)
- ServiceNow ITSM implementation
- ServiceNow certified system administrator

Nice to Have
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow HAM Pro (CIS-HAM)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• Conduct implementation readiness assessment
• Prepare for, and facilitate, implementation workshops
• Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements
• Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes

Focus areas: Core Platform, Hardware Asset Mgmt. Professional, Remedy ITSM, Flexera (on-prem)
