Responsibilities
This opportunity is for business development role at EISG-SMS-WTS, which is responsible IST for delivering manufacturing solutions to semiconductor industry. The business development engineer will be involved in ramping up business with a new solution aiming at customers world-wide. Key objectives of the role are as follows:
- Plan and execute New Product Introduction of the new solution
- Work close with key customers as well as sales team for developing business opportunities led by the solution
- Ramp up sales and support team that work effectively for selling and supporting the solution
- Lead the continuous improvement of business strategy to achieve business goal
- Contribute to the improvement of the solution by managing effective feedback-loop from customers to WTS
- Work across functions including Sales, Order Fulfillment and R&D to achieve objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years prior experience in sales, marketing or business development. Global experience a big plus
- At least 8 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Test industry
- Technical experience in semiconductor test and DC or RF measurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectively
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong inter-personal communications skills with the ability to influence

California Pay Range: MIN $129,450.00 - MAX $236,720.00
