About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter or Staffing Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and placing top-tier IT talent with clients in the technology industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions, while also building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
    • Actively engage in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
In house Client Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VPs to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Partner with VPs to define job specifications, skills requirements, and interview processes.
Candidate Management:
    • Pre-screen candidates and evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the position.
    • Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and extend offers.
    • Guide candidates through the hiring process, keeping them informed at every stage.
Market Research & Networking:
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors to ensure competitive recruiting.
    • Build and maintain a network of IT professionals for current and future opportunities.
    • Participate in job fairs, meetups, and other networking events.
Administrative & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to the management team.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to refine recruitment and staffing strategies.
Soft & Other Skills:
·       Excellent Communication skills (MUST Have)
·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·       Ability to work effectively independently and/or as part of a team.
·       Must be a Team Player with a Positive attitude.
·       Good grasping and learning abilities
