Sr. Client Account Manager - Payer

JOB SUMMARY 

The Senior Client Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going client relationships within the Payer segment to ensure client satisfaction and continued opportunities in revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the principal point-of-contact for clients and drives the facilitation of organizational processes
• Acts as an advisor to clients to promote business discussions and identify operational strategies that meet client objectives and align with Outcomes corporate vision or inspire innovative solutions 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with payer clients to establish a trusted partnership
• Represents client internally and coordinates with other departments to implement new programs and services, coordinate resources for projects, and address ongoing service needs
• Conduct market, client and competitive analysis to recommend sales strategies, and advise clients on Outcomes solutions and services that meet their needs. 
• Uses a consultative approach to understand the client’s needs, identifies next steps, and leads the engagement between Outcomes and the client.

• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
• Strong communication skills
• Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to >10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum years of work experience: 5 years
• Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience 
  in Account Management in the Payer Pharmacy segment.

The hiring range for this position is $76,990 to $96,240 base pay + commission. The actual base pay offered will consider candidate’s geographic location, job related knowledge, experience, and skill amongst other potential factors. There may be a bonus or commission, and/or a long-term incentive that will be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
