Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.

We’re on the lookout for a Corporate Controller to take charge of accounting, tax, and payroll at ACI Learning. But we’re not just looking for someone to close the books on time. We want a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate their team, someone who embraces technology to boost efficiency so that the team can focus on high-impact activities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be the go-to expert in your field, with the opportunity to shape how our company operates. 

What You'll Do

• Direct the monthly close cycle, ensuring financial statements are published on time and compliant with GAAP.
• Optimize and elevate critical software platforms, including NetSuite and AirBase, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Spearhead the order-to-cash cycle, encompassing customer contracts, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and management of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud workflow.
• Implement and refine best practices, processes, and tools to streamline accounting and order-to- cash workflows, driving productivity and improving execution.
• Collaborate with 3rd party auditors to successfully complete the annual financial statement audit.
• Partner with 3rd party tax advisors to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations.
• Manage cash, including daily cash reporting, forecasting, and ensuring timely compliance reporting with lenders.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and collections, accounts payable (AP), payroll, and other standard accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in public accounting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field, along with an active CPA license.
• Strong experience with systems implementation, maintenance, and enhancement, especially with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to lead a team through significant change.
  

What Would Be Great to Have:

• A Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
