Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Mobile Application Developer!

As a Mobile Application Developer at ComplyRight, Inc.(A Taylor Company), you will work as part of a dedicated cross-functional team to help develop and scale our platforms. In this highly-collaborative environment, there will be the opportunity to grow as a software developer working with new technologies with direct customer impact. With your technical prowess, you will help us shape the future of HR, Tax and compliance software.

Your Responsibilities:

Build, deploy, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter/React Native for iOS, Android, iPadOS
Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software and products
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and other developers as part of the Agile (SCRUM) process
Participate in code reviews and assist with regular analysis
Produce and maintain documentation, system diagrams, and data models
May perform other duties as assigned

You Must Have:

3+ years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer
Experience with native Android and/or iOS development
Familiarity with native SDKs in Flutter
Experience with CodeMagic/Github/Bitbucket Actions for CI/CD pipelines
Experience with web services and various protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON)
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through, and detail-orientation
Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment
Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative, and adapt easily to changes

We Would Also Prefer:

Angular (v8+)
.Net/C# Backend
SQL or other relational databases
