CET is looking for a passionate and effective people leader to join our team as a Field Services Supervisor! This role is an active member of CET’s Management Team, providing leadership and guidance to employees and proactively increasing the effectiveness of our matrix organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, integrity, quality, and compliance with policies and procedures defined by clients, regulators, and CET. - Lead the implementation and delivery of technical services related to decarbonization services, including energy audits across the organization, while maintaining systems to track and analyze key performance results.
- Supervise a team of technical professionals, providing clear direction, support, and accountability to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Effectively investigate and resolve complaints or non-conformance issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Oversee and enhance training plans for technical team members to address deficiencies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by maintaining records according to established standards.
- Stay informed on the scope of work, deliverables, and project milestones, proactively addressing any risks to timelines or quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the service and project delivery process.

- Develop and implement operational strategies and contribute to department budget planning while setting and tracking achievable goals.
- Supervise, schedule, and manage the performance of a technical team conducting various decarbonization services.
- Optimize resource allocation and ensure the availability of the tools, materials, and personnel needed to meet program and project deliverables.
- Adapt tactics to accommodate changes in program requirements, personnel, or methods, ensuring operational continuity and success.
- Utilize employee strengths through effective delegation, foster teamwork, and drive productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps within the team, implement targeted training plans, and support professional development to enhance employee performance and ensure certification compliance.
You will bring the following skills to this position:
- Experience in supervising field staff is highly desirable.
- A background in energy auditing, HVAC services, technical services, or resource management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to collaborate, adapt, and foster a positive team environment.
- Must be collaborative, team-oriented, and flexible with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel throughout MA and other Northeast states, if needed.
- Must be able to build industry expertise and achieve required certifications.
- You must live in Massachusetts or Connecticut.
Compensation and Benefits:
At CET, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation range in the job posting reflects the range of pay available for this role. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
