This is a remote role. 

 

Experience Requirement:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. (Master’s degree in addition to the 15+ years of experience is a plus.)
  • 15+ years of job-related experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-suite leaders.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and facility operations.
  • Experience with and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), such as SAP a plus.
  • Experience working in various distribution and/or manufacturing sectors, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different operational models, processes, and supply chain structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of database tools or visualization software such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI a plus

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and goals.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and recommend improvements to meet sales targets.
  • Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status.
  • Partner with the Business Development to explore and develop new opportunities within the territory.
  • Address complex client requests and manage issue escalations as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, reviewing subordinate work and ensuring quality client deliverables.
