Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

As the Brand Marketing Manager for the Mom & Baby Team, you will join a team of talented marketing professionals and will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand through the development and execution of marketing plans that reach hundreds of thousands of expectant and new parents annually. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Marketing, this role will help guide brand strategy and guardrails for a brand that supports moms from pregnancy through postpartum, crafting campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience at every stage of their journey. You’ll collaborate across six product verticals—Breast Pumps, Replacement Parts, Milk Storage Bags, Lactation & Perinatal Education, Pregnancy Support & Postpartum Recovery, and E-commerce—ensuring Aeroflow remains the trusted source for millions of moms.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to deliver exceptional results through innovative, multi-channel campaigns and brand initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute impactful marketing strategies that help build the future of our brand while driving meaningful business results.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Brand Marketing Plans:
    • Work closely with Marketing leadership and team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that impact the full marketing funnel, with a focus on elevating brand visibility, educating customers and driving brand equity that increases engagement, lead conversion and advocacy across all product verticals.
    • Ensure consistent messaging, innovative approaches, and measurable results, from ideation through execution.
    • Become an expert on our customer experience and journey. Utilize this understanding to develop strategies, execute marketing plans and provide recommendations for optimizations.
  • Manage Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns across multiple platforms, including website, digital and social media.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing partners, performance marketing, sales operations and development/engineering to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Brand Strategy and Stewardship:
    • Help shape, further develop and uphold brand strategy and guardrails.
    • Ensure marketing consistency across all consumer touchpoints, aligning all communications with the brand’s positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with brand marketing, performance marketing, sales operations and consumer insights on collection of consumer research and trends, industry updates and performance data to fully understand our target customers and optimize campaign strategies.
    • Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and ensure campaign execution.
  • Campaign Analysis and Performance Optimization:
    • Leverage both creative insights and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and strategies.
    • Create comprehensive reports and deliver insights into campaign effectiveness of brand-related initiatives.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Oversee multimedia content creation to ensure it resonates with the target audience, supports brand goals, and aligns with marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with performance marketing on SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic visibility.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree in marketing or related field required; MBA a plus
  • 6+ years of progressive B2C multi-channel marketing experience, preferably within health, family, or related industries
  • Experience in brand management, marketing communications and media planning (including digital and social media, PR and influencer marketing), e-commerce, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Experience working with creative teams, cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • Experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and using data to refine and optimize marketing strategies. Track record of delivering business results. 
  • Meticulous organizational, project management and prioritization skills with experience in project management systems such as Jira.
  • Heightened problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with a passion for growing businesses.
