This position will consist of but is not limited to the following:

Answering phone calls

Data entry

Organization

Permitting

Some light accounting

Coordinating with crews and project/construction managers

Ability to multitask and willingness to tackle new assignments and fluctuating responsibilities.


Requirements

Must be great with computers

Great communications skills 

Construction knowledge helpful but not required

Pay will be determined on an individual bases and will be based on multiple factors including level of experience

Will train the right person without prior experience
