Job description

Role: Genesys Engage (on-prem) SME
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 9 months
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates Can work from anywhere in USA)


Must Haves:

  • Composer knowledge and associated skills.
    • ECMA/Javascript experience preferable.
  • Ability to use and understand IRD and its routing scripts.
  • General Routing knowledge. eServices/Chat routing is preferred.
  • Platform experience with Genesys Routing (URS/ORS applications)
    • Bonus knowledge for IXN Server / IXN Proxy/ Chat Server / Client
