  • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and energy efficiency requirements.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project.
  • Participate in design meetings, progress updates, and client reviews to communicate MEP design intent and address concerns.
  • Oversee coordination between disciplines to resolve design conflicts and optimize building systems.

Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Conduct design reviews, perform quality checks, and provide technical oversight to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
  • Assist with peer reviews of MEP systems designed by other team members or external consultants.
  • Support the QA/QC process during construction by reviewing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.

Field Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction to ensure MEP systems are installed per design specifications.

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their MEP design needs.

Professional Development and Mentorship:
