What makes you a great fit

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Blue Team specialist to design and develop hands-on labs focusing on defensive cybersecurity strategies. The ideal candidate will create realistic scenarios and exercises that simulate real-world challenges in securing networks, systems, and applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Blue Team cybersecurity specialist.
• Strong understanding of defensive tools and techniques, including SIEMs, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting and development tools (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and clear, goal-oriented lab instructions.

Your day-to-day in this position

• Design and develop Blue Team-focused labs, including scenarios on incident response, threat hunting, malware analysis, and security monitoring.
• Create comprehensive documentation for labs, including objectives, infrastructure requirements, and assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with developers to implement lab designs effectively.
• Ensure that labs reflect current best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity defence.
