Position: Landlord-Tenant Lawyer (Trial Attorney)

Location: Irvine, CA (Remote - Must be open to travel for trials in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego)

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent property managers, landlords, and HOAs in both plaintiff and defense litigation.
  • Focus on breach of contract cases within the realm of civil litigation.
  • Oversee all facets of legal representation, including trial preparation, discovery, motions, and pleadings.
  • Conduct remote hearings while being prepared to travel for in-person trials across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, and surrounding areas.
  • Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal counsel and pursue favorable outcomes in their cases.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise as a trial attorney with significant litigation experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, and breach of contract issues.
  • Proficiency in drafting motions, pleadings, and conducting thorough discovery.
  • Strong communication capabilities and adeptness in managing client relationships.
  • Comfortable navigating both remote hearings and in-person trials across multiple counties in California.

Qualifications
