Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with a strong focus on Workday Reporting to join our HRIS team. The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of reports and analytics within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Workday HRIS functionalities, reporting, and analytics, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.


Responsibilities

  • Workday Reporting & Analytics
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday, with a focus on HR metrics, payroll, learning, talent management, and organizational performance.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis to provide insights into trends, employee performance, turnover, compensation, and other key functions.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on how to access, interpret, and use Workday reports and analytics effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday reporting capabilities and assist users in leveraging the system to meet business needs.
  • Provide support for end-users, answering questions, and resolving issues related to Workday reporting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, with a focus on reporting.
  • Expertise in Workday reporting tools such as Workday Report Writer (advanced, matrix, and composite), BIRT, Prism Analytics, and Workday's calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and business metrics across areas such as HR, talent management, payroll, learning, compensation, and performance management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex data models, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Experience with data governance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear, concise reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Workday Reporting Pro Certification
